1. Who we are
Reveelr, operated by Digideal LLC ("Reveelr", "we"), provides a marketing and sales platform with visitor intelligence and revenue attribution. For questions or requests, use the contact form on our Pricing page.
2. Data we process about you (our customer)
Account data (name, email, role), billing data (handled by our payment processor; we never store card numbers), and product usage (features used, log data) to operate and improve the service. Legal bases: contract performance and legitimate interest.
3. Visitor data processed on your behalf
The Reveelr beacon collects page views, referrer, UTM parameters, ad-click identifiers, IP-derived geolocation, and device characteristics, keyed to a first-party cookie set on your domain. This data is pseudonymous until one of your own events — a form submission, an email click, a login — identifies the visitor. We act as your processor under a Data Processing Agreement; you determine purposes and retention, and you are responsible for the legal basis of collection on your properties (including any required consent banners).
4. Prospect data
Prospecting adapters process publicly available information (regulatory filings, public websites, event listings) and data from enrichment providers you enable. Outreach recipients can opt out via a one-click link in every message; suppressions propagate across the workspace immediately and are honored permanently.
5. What we never do
We do not sell personal data. We do not use cross-site fingerprinting or purchased identity graphs. We do not train shared AI models on your workspace content. We do not read your connected mailboxes beyond the reply-ingest scope you grant.
6. Subprocessors
We use vetted subprocessors for hosting, email validation, and enrichment, each bound by data-protection terms. The current list, with scopes, is published at reveelr.com/subprocessors; workspace admins can disable optional providers per workspace.
7. Retention & deletion
Visitor event data is retained per your plan and settings; deleting a workspace purges its visitor history, prospects, and credentials within 30 days. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure, except records we must keep for legal or billing reasons.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, and similar), you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of processing. End users of our customers' sites should direct requests to that customer; we provide DSAR tooling to fulfil them. Reach us through the contact form on our Pricing page — we respond within 30 days.
9. International transfers
You choose an EU or US data region at account creation; visitor events are stored and processed in that region. Where transfers occur, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Changes
We'll notify account owners at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
